Q: How do I place an order?

You can place your order anytime directly by selecting the mattress you wish to purchase and following through to check out. Once you have placed an order you should receive a confirmation email shortly after. Billing and credit card information must be accurate to receive order confirmation.

Q: How quickly can I receive my order?
Most orders are received within 12 - 14 business days.
Q: How do I track my order?
You will be sent email updates regarding the status of your order. You will also be sent an email confirmation with tracking number once your order has shipped. To track your order please log onto www.fedex.com or www.ups.com and include the tracking number sent to you in your email.
Q: I did not receive my tracking number?
If you did not receive a tracking number within two weeks please call Comfortaire® Direct customer service at .
Q: How do I register my warranty?
Your warranty will automatically be registered for you when your mattress ships. Please keep a copy of your invoice along with a copy of the warranty card that came with your mattress. In the event that you need anything or have any questions or concerns contact customer service at 800-759-0594.
Q: Does Comfortaire® Direct have any specials?
On occasion Comfortaire® Direct will have a promotional offering. Please call for any specials we may have.
Q: Do we accept international orders?
We do accept international orders, but purchaser will be responsible to pay full shipping charges to including any tax and/or duty required.
Q: What is Comfortaire® Direct’s return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Comfortaire® Direct mattress during the Confidence Guarantee period and wish to return your bed please call Comfortaire® Direct's Customer Assistance at 1- to obtain a “Return Authorization” (RA) number. Bed clothes, pillows, and foundations are not returnable and do not qualify for an RA number. Once we issue your RA number you will have 15 days to return the mattress to Comfortaire® Direct. The mattress must be properly packaged in its original packaging and returned in like new condition, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with returning your mattress. Please contact Comfortaire® Direct's Customer Assistance for tips on re-packaging your mattress and for your lowest cost shipping options. MATTRESS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN LIKE NEW CONDITION TO BE CONSIDERED FOR FULL REFUND.
Upon receipt, your mattress will be immediately inspected. In the event there are any damages beyond “normal wear and tear” or manufacturing defects you will be contacted by Comfortaire® Direct's Customer Assistance concerning the allowable amount of your refund.
Your refund will be processed within approximately 15 days from the date that the entire mattress is received at our facility, and will be refunded in the form of your original payment.

Q: How hard is assembly of this product?
Our product ships unassembled unless you have called customer service prior to your order. We do ship mattresses assembled and also offer express shipping methods. In-home setup methods of delivery are available to all of our customers for an additional price. Inside the box you should find assembly instructions or find out assembly instructions online. Q: How will my order ship?
Unless specified your order will ship FedEx home delivery or UPS. If you add in home set up service to your order it may take up to an additional two weeks for delivery. You will receive an email with tracking information along with how many boxes your order has.

Your new Comfortaire® Direct mattress is designed to promote proper support while providing unmatched comfort. Please note that it is probable that your old mattress has lost the ability to properly support and that you body has learned poor sleeping posture. It can take up to 30 days for your body to get used to being properly supported again. So try your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights. If you are not completely satisfied after 30 nights you will have 30 additional days to return your mattress for credit. In the event that you decide to return your mattress, you may simply contact a Comfortaire® Direct representative at 1- to receive a “Return Authorization” (RA) number.

The Confidence Guarantee™ sleep period applies to the mattress only. Foundations, adjustable bases, bed clothes, and pillows are not covered under this guarantee and are not returnable for a refund.

Q: Can I request a shipping method?
Comfortaire® Direct offers several different types of delivery. We offer standard ground shipping via UPS or FedEx, Front Door Delivery by several national trucking companies, and white glove in home service. If you add in home set up service to your order it may take up to an additional two weeks for delivery. You can make your delivery choice when placing your order.
Q: Are Comfortaire® Whisperflo™ Comfort Control™ remotes cordless or wired?
All Comfortaire remotes are wired. You should find your optimal Comfort Setting™ in about 10 days after receiving your mattress. After finding your Comfort Setting™ you may not need to use your remote control for months. With our wired design, you will never need batteries and you can't lose your hand control. Also, each Comfortaire Whisperflo Comfort Control comes standard with 2 wired remotes. You have your own unique remote rather than sharing a single wireless remote as you may have to do with a Sleep Number Bed®

Q: What would make me purchase your bed over a Select Comfort® Sleep Number Bed®?

Q: How do I pack the bed if I have to return it?
Your Comfortaire mattress should be packed in the same boxes in which it was delivered. We understand that you may not be able to pack them in the same way configuration your received your mattress but you should be able to pack all of the components back into the original boxes easily.
Q: What are the terms and conditions of the Comfort Guarantee™ trial period?
The 60 day trial period starts the day you receive your new Comfortaire mattress. You MUST sleep on it for a MINIMUM of 30 days. It may take you that long to adjust to your new mattress. During that time you should "play" with the mattress until you find the comfort level that meets your sleep needs. If after 30 days you are unable to find a comfort level that meets your sleep needs, call Comfortaire Direct anytime between 30-60 days. You only pay return freight ... and get a full refund of your purchase price. PLEASE NOTE - Foundation, adjustable bases, sheets, protectors, and pillows are not returnable.
Q: Are foundations, sheets, protectors, and/or other accessories returnable?
Foundations, sheets, mattress protectors, adjustable (power) bases are NOT returnable.

Q: How does the warranty work?
The warranty is 20 years with either 2 or 4 years of full coverage and the remaining years are prorated coverage. The warranty covers the Whisperflo Comfort Control™ system (air control), air chambers, topper foam, base support foam, and sidewall foam. If you should experience a problem with your Comfortaire mattress you should immediately call Comfortaire’s customer assistance at (800)759-0594. They will take good care of you and will help you solve your problem quickly.
Q: How do these mattresses ship?
Comfortaire will ship you new mattress FEDEX with NO signature required. You will not have to alter your schedule to meet the FEDEX driver for the delivery. Your new mattress will require light assembly by you which may take about 30-45 minutes. Comfortaire Direct does offer an in-home set up. If you add in home set up service to your order it may take up to an additional two weeks for delivery. Ask your sales associate for details.
Q: What is the return fee for returning the matt?
(Currently we are offering free shipping both ways during this promotion offer, there is not return fee for shipping.) At this time please disregard the following statement. If in the unlikely event you have to return your new Comfortaire mattress under the Comfort Guarantee™ policy, the only charge for which you are responsible is the cost of return freight. Our national average is about $50-$55 per box and the beds use anywhere from 1-4 boxes. Ask a representative for more details.
Q: What is Home Delivery/In Home Set Up?
If you add in home set up service to your order it may take up to an additional two weeks for delivery. This service provides you with the worry-free set up of your new mattress set. You will receive a call to schedule your delivery appointment. A delivery team will arrive and uncarton your mattress set, carry it inside and place it in your bedroom. They will also make all of the necessary connections and remove all trash and cartons. Your mattress will be ready for your favorite sheets and comforter and you’ll be ready for a great night’s sleep! Please remember that our delivery partner is primarily responsible for setup, any questions regarding operation should be directed to our service staff at 800-759-0594.
Q: How is warranty service handled?
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your mattress, an experienced service person will guide you through troubleshooting over the phone to determine the exact nature of the problem. A replacement part will then be shipped to you. Upon receipt of the part, you will install the new part in your mattress and return the defective part to Comfortaire (if deemed necessary).
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
If for any reason, a customer decides to cancel his/her order, he/she must notify Comfortairedirect, LLC, within 24 hours from the Time/Date of Purchase. Example: Client finalized order on May 14, 2008 at 2PM. Customer has the right to cancel their order until May 15, 2008 at 2PM. If the customer cancels their order after 24 hours, Customer will be issued a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.
